Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Taysells Ltd also offers a 30-day returns window on unused items in original condition, including the case and all attachments.
If goods are faulty or not as described, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies. We cover reasonable return postage in those cases.
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by you unless we have said otherwise before purchase.
